SRS Partner Application Form

This form is to confirm your application to become an SRS partner. The intention of the form is to keep a permanent record of your offer, intentions and expectations to ensure an accurate record for the future. In effect, forming the basis of a contract between us. You can withdraw from the partnership at any time. Any goods or payments already made must be honoured, but you will not be obliged to continue into future seasons.

Essential differences:

Contributor Partner
You want to help us and be associated with us, but you do not have resources to invest at this time.

Full Partner
You want to help the SRS develop, and gain recognition for our help. You will help form the series with rules and other development.

Edition Partner
You have taken one of the above two options, but you would like one Edition to be named after your company. You will donate a Paraglider or other significant prize/s.

Details of Prizes for Partner offerPlease give an accurate description of what you are offering. ie 500-1,000€ or detail prizes you will give instead, to at least the cost value.

Details of Edition offerThis is an item to be given at the Edition itself, usually by raffle.

Offer detailsJust tell us in plain details what you would like to offer, and what you would like in return.
